Connection Support Group

A free, peer-led support group for adults living with mental illness. No registration required. Click here for more information. 

All in-person support groups have been suspended however we are excited to be offering the Kasson and Rochester groups online. A step-by-step guide on how to join the groups is available here.

Certified Peer Support Specialists

All face-to-face peer meetings have been suspended. Peer Support Specialists are still available to meet with peers via phone or web please call 507.287.1692 to schedule.

Certified Peer Support Specialists have made significant progress in their own mental illness recovery. They use personal experience to model wellness, hope, self-advocacy and responsibility.

Here are some of the ways Certified Peer Support Specialists can help:

  • Helping identify strengths, abilities and assets in order to reach goals

  • Developing recovery and wellness goals

  • Connecting to local resources

  • Educating about the recovery journey as well as mental health and wellness

  • Facilitating group activities
