Peer Support Specialists are available to meet with peers, please call (507) 287-1692 to schedule.

Peer Support Specialists have made significant progress in their own mental illness recovery. They use personal experience to model wellness, hope, self-advocacy and responsibility.

Here are some of the ways Peer Support Specialists can help:

  • Helping identify strengths, abilities and assets in order to reach goals

  • Developing recovery and wellness goals

  • Connecting to local resources

  • Educating about the recovery journey as well as mental health and wellness

  • Facilitating group activities

Contact Jenn Becker at (507) 316-0927 or to determine how a Peer Support Specialist can play a role in your recovery journey.
