DBT is a therapy modality with the goal of help you learn to manage your difficult emotions by letting yourself experience, recognize and accept them. DBT is a team-based approach offered by intensively trained therapists. Our classes are not therapy and are led by a Certified Peer Specialist. This facilitated group setting provides a safe place to practice DBT’s foundational skills: mindfulness, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness and emotion regulation. Classes are chance to gain and practice skills to positively impact your recovery.
